Dad’s Hat Mill Street Tasting Room
Earlier this year, Dad’s Hat opened our first satellite location on Mill Street in the heart of Bristol Borough in Bucks County. This intimate venue features world-class cocktails and many outstanding whiskeys, spirits, beers, ciders and wines sourced from across the great state of Pennsylvania.
Whether you are visiting the Bristol waterfront to dine at one of the many outstanding restaurants, to take in the first class entertainment at the Bristol Riverside Theater or just want to try one of our fantastic cocktails, be sure to drop on by for a spirited toast!

Expanding With Brandy
This year we are trying something brand new – Apple Brandy. Adding new products to our lineup is always fun and since apple brandy is a very traditional American spirit, we are thrilled to see it make a comeback. Our brandy is carefully distilled on our pot still and barrel aged to give it a gentle kiss of oak.
This is a very limited run that will only be available at the Dad’s Hat distillery, our Mill Street Tasting Room or online for shipping to Pennsylvania residents.
For this amazing new seasonal favorite, we sourced some delicious apple cider from our friends right here in Bucks County at Manoff Market Cidery in Solebury, PA. Manoff is unique in that they are using varietals that are grown specifically to make hard cider. We are delighted with our first batch and plan to make more next year.
Rare Rye Returns
The wait is over! Dad’s Hat Bottled in Bond Rye release for the 2022 season is on the way. This is the 5th year we have selected a limited number of barrels to make up our annual Bottled in Bond release. Our aim every year is to find barrels that present a distinctive flavor profile that makes each year uniquely delicious.
All of the 2022 edition is whiskey that was distilled and barreled between January and June of 2017. Initially, the 2022 product will only be available at the distillery, at the Mill Street Tasting Room or from our online store.
The 2021 release is now out of stock at the distillery, but we understand there are still bottles to be had in the Pennsylvania Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores. Stay tuned for announcements about availability in other states.
New States & Distributors
Look out Missouri and Louisiana! Dad’s Hat is now available in your states. We have now launched our products with Bonded Beverage in Missouri and PF Importers in Louisiana.
Of course, we are thrilled to be available in these historic homes for jazz music and classic cocktails. In particular, we look forward to ordering two of the all-time classic cocktails made with Dad’s Hat Rye Whiskey – the Sazerac and the Vieux Carré – right in New Orleans, where these drinks were born. Tell your friends in MO and LA to ask for us at their favorite retailers and restaurants.
We are also pleased to announce that we are now distributed by PM Spirits in New York State. They specialize in selling distinctive artisanal spirits and we are proud to be part of their exclusive portfolio.
