Choose your favorite Dad’s Hat Rye Whiskey and find the perfect cocktail complement.

VIEUX CARRÉ

3/4 oz. Dad’s Hat Straight Rye
3/4 oz. Cognac
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Barspoon Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
1 Whole Maraschino Cherry (for garnish)

PREPARATIONS

Add all ingredients over ice in a shaker. Stir and pour into a glass with ice. Garnish with a cherry.
