2 oz. Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Rye
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
1 Orange Peel
1 Basil Leaf
Syrup: Combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower to simmer, add 1/4 cup rosemary and steep for ten minutes. Allow mixture to cool, strain leaves and refrigerate. Place orange peel in rocks glass and press firmly. Add syrup, bitters and rye over ice and stir. Garnish with basil leaf.
1-1/2 oz. Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Rye
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
6 oz. Ginger Beer
1 Lime Wedge
Add rye and lime juice over ice in a glass. Pour ginger beer. Garnish with lime.
2-1/2 oz. Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz. Rosemary Simple Syrup
3/4 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
Syrup: Combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower to simmer, add 1/4 cup rosemary and steep for ten minutes. Allow mixture to cool, strain leaves and refrigerate. Add all ingredients over ice in a shaker. Stir and strain into rocks glass with ice. Smack rosemary sprig around rim of glass. Garnish with rosemary.
