Our mission is to distill and deliver classic Pennsylvania Rye spirits following over 200 years of American distilling tradition. Working with our community and giving back to the whiskey-loving public is a big part of what truly keeps Dad’s Hat “Pennsylvania Proud”.

Ever wonder how rye whiskey is made? Now you can find out in person. Most Saturday afternoons (by appointment only), we offer one-hour tours of our distillery – located in historic Bristol, PA. For a $10 fee, we treat visitors to an up-close view of the distillation and aging process, including a whiskey tasting and the opportunity to buy Dad’s Hat whiskeys direct from our distillery.
